About Me

I've been playing video games since the Super Mario Brothers went international in 1986. But it was my addiction to Mortal Kombat 2 after 1994 that sparked my interest for the gaming industry. But since such career choice was considered "impractical", I had steered away from my dream of becoming a game artist for years till one day I realized "If I never give it a shot, I'll never know what could have happened."

So I attended Full Sail University to pursuit the Game Art degree. It was a blast. I didn't mind the amount of work required for finishing up such excellerated program, I was doing something I considered "fun".

I mostly enjoyed modeling and texturing-- environment or characters. I graduated with a character reel only because I had to pick something to concentrate on. I also had done a fair share of lighting and animation outside of required class work.

As of recent, I was working with friends in the start up company Pixel Factory. Our first mobile game should be releasing in spring 2011. As of now I am a game tester for Xbox Live Arcade. In the free time I like to play video games (surprise surprise), hike, explore the city as well as the nature, play guitar, paint, and hang out.

I am not a good networker. However, I do love making friends, so, if you like my stuff, have any questions, or just want to make friends, you are welcome to contact me at chang_celes@yahoo.com. I also have a Deviant Art page at www.celestron.deviantart.com, welcome to check it out and leave comments!
